We are not able to accept donations of the following:

• Used items that look used/are clearly used/worn out/tatty/broken – all items must be new looking or brand new
• Anything that has a strong odour or is dirty – items cannot clean anything thoroughly, only a wipe down
• Clothing
• Shoes 
• Electrical items, unless they are completely sealed and unused

We may refuse:

• Cuddly toys as we already have a huge amount of these
• Anything too large – we may simply not have the space

We absolutely love:

• Brand new items for all ages, especially those that make great gifts
• Excellent condition/unused/well looked after items (it isn’t called it a nearly new sale for no reason)!
