Monday marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. Research shows that connecting with nature has the power to both prevent and aid recovery from poor mental health.
So, we challenge you to connect with nature, enjoy Wheathampstead’s beautiful open spaces, listen to the birdsong and do a little exercise. Or just sit outside with a cuppa or a coffee.
